Bahrain’s Prime Minister Sheikh Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has died, the palace announced on Twitter on Wednesday, according to Reuters.

  Born November 24, 1935, he was a Bahraini monarch and politician who served as Bahrain’s prime minister on August 15, 1970, more than a year after Bahrain’s independence.  He was the longtime Prime Minister of the government.  In this world.
