  Kabul, Afghanistan:

  At least 28 people were killed or wounded in an attack on Kabul University on Monday after gunmen stormed security forces for several hours, an official said.

 The incident is said to have taken place at a book fair.

  Interior Ministry spokesman Tariq Aryan told AFP: “Three assailants were involved. One of them detonated his explosives at the beginning, and two were brought down by security forces.”
