Militians attack Pulwama,Pampore Bypass Jammu and Kashmir

New Delhi: Militants attacked a CRPF patrol on the Pampore bypass in Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir.  It is learned that five jawans were injured in the incident.  They were taken to the nearest district hospital.  Two of the injured lwere pronounced dead at the scene, the news agency said.

 The incident took place on the Jammu-Srinagar highway in Kandjal area of ​​Pampore.  The militants are conducting Reiki around the entire area on behalf of the army.

 Yesterday, a joint operation by the army and police in Jammu and Kashmir’s Punch district recovered a large quantity of arms.  Punch conducted a search operation in Surne.  Lots of weapons were recovered in this operation.  These include an AK-47 rifle with ammunition, three magazines and a pistol.  The security forces received information about the militants’ hideout from a special source and conducted a search operation based on that source.
