An explosion occurred near the Israeli embassy in Delhi on Friday night. Delhi police confirmed the blast, saying it occurred near a sidewalk and many car windshields were damaged.

The explosion was linked to an improvised explosive device (IED).

The explosion was reported to have occurred at Jindal’s house, 40 to 50 meters from the embassy.

Several senior intelligence officials, including officers from the Delhi Police Department’s special police cell, arrived at the scene to investigate the explosion.
