On March 30, Pakistan’s Interior Minister, Sheikh Rasheed, stated that Pakistan’s former Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif, had given India precise information about Pakistani terrorist Ajmal Kasab.
“Nawaz Sharif was the one who supplied India the specifics of Ajmal Kasab’s whereabouts,” he stated, speaking at an event where Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan was also present.
He further claimed Sharif was funded by Muammar Gaddafi, Osama Bin Laden, and Saddam Hussein.
Imran Khan’s government is on the verge of collapsing as opposition parties banded together to oppose him. A vote of no-confidence will be held soon.
Sheikh Rashid’s statement
According to Sheikh, “He [Nawaz Sharif] handed Ajmal Kasab’s address in Faridkot, Pakistan, to India. If someone can show me that I’m wrong, label me a thief, and I’ll accept the punishment.” He expressed his pride in being linked with Imran Khan by saying, “You continue to struggle. I am in agreement with you. Everyone claims I was involved in one-two seat politics. But I’m delighted to have worked with Imran Khan in politics.” Those who left Khan, according to Rashid, would return to join him. He pushed him to evict them.
Mumbai Attacks on November 26th
Ajmal Kasab was one of the Pakistani terrorists belonging to the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorist organisation that attacked India’s financial hub, Mumbai, on November 26, 2008.During the incident, crowded venues and critical landmarks like as the Hotel Taj, The Oberoi, Chatrapati Shivaji Terminus, Nariman House, and others were targeted. The attack killed 174 people and injured 300 more. To convey the idea that they were Indian Hindus, the terrorists wore Hindu religious symbols such as Kalawa. Sub Inspector Tukaram Omble had given his life to bring Kasab back to life.
On November 21, 2012, Kasab was hanged to death.
