Sanjay Raut, the leader of the Shiv Sena, declared on Tuesday that he would not be scared even if the central government seized all of his assets or imprisoned him on money laundering accusations. He went on to say that he is a “genuine Shiva soldier” who will persevere in the face of adversity.
Raut stated that the truth would win out in the end and that he was unafraid. He stated that he would not be intimidated if his property was seized, he was shot, or he was imprisoned. Raut, who described himself as a true Shiva soldier and a disciple of Balasaheb Thackeray, claimed he would “fight and disclose the truth to all.”
He went on to say that you are not a person who keeps quiet, and that the truth will come out gradually.
Under the Anti-Money Laundering Act, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has attached eight plots of land in Alibag and a flat in Mumbai’s Dadar neighbourhood. All of these have a connection to the family. The statement was afterwards made by Raut.
Under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, the Federal Investigation Agency has ordered a provisional attachment to freeze land parcels (plots) and an apartment (PMLA).
Sanjay Raut’s wife Barsha Raut was interrogated by PMC Bank last year in connection with the fraud case and his contact with Pravin Raut’s wife Madhuri.
