Mukesh Sahani, a VIP, has been fired from Nitish Kumar’s cabinet. Nitish Kumar, the chief minister of Bihar, fired Mukesh Sahni, the minister of fisheries and animal husbandry, on Sunday.
According to reliable sources, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar fired Mukesh Sahani, the minister for fisheries and animal husbandry, from his cabinet on Sunday.
According to them, the recommendation was given to the Governor in response to a “written submission” from ally BJP, which claimed that Sahani, the founder of Vikassheel Insaan Party, was “no longer a part of the NDA.”
Sahani was appointed to the government at the request of the BJP, which had also helped him gain election to the legislative council after losing his assembly seat.
Earlier, when the BJP dealt a body blow to his Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP), Bihar Minister Mukesh Sahani attempted to claw his way back by throwing the ball in the court of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
If the BJP decides not to support Sahani for a second term as MLC, he will be forced to resign as a minister six months after his current term expires unless he is elected to either House of the legislature.
Meanwhile, while garlanding in Patna’s Bakhtiyarpur on Sunday, Nitish Kumar was hit by a guy the idol of Sheel Bhadra Yajee installed in the Community Health Center.
