MUMBAI: Kartik Aaryan and Aditya Roy Kapoor, Bollywood actress, is the latest celebrity from Tinsle Town to test positive for the new coronavirus.
The actor, who is now enjoying the popularity of his recent horror comedy ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2,’ updated his fans on his health via social media.
“Sab kuch itna Positive chal raha tha, Covid se raha Nahi Gaya,” the actor wrote on social media in a witty statement. Meanwhile, he has been inundated with Get Well Soon messages from his admirers and well-wishers.
“Yes, kuch zyaada hi positive ho gaya! One wrote, “Pehle covid fela hua tha abhi Bhool Bhualiyaa fel gaya hai.” Another user added, “Haa bhai bilkul COVID ki bhool bhulaiya khatm ab toh aapki hi chalegi #bhoolbhulaiya2.” “Kya sacchi.?” says the narrator. Is it true that ya mazak kar rahe ho?? A fan commented, “Keh do ki ye mazak hai @kartikaaryan.”
Kartik had been scheduled to perform at the IIFA awards presentation in Abu Dhabi.
The 31-year-old actor has tested positive for the virus for the second time. In March 2021, he tested positive for COVID-19 for the first time.
In terms of his most recent release, Anees Bazmee’s ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ has had an unstoppable run at the box office. The film starring Kartik Aaryan, Kiara Advani, and Tabu has grossed Rs 150 crore at the box office. The film was in direct competition with Kangana Ranaut’s ‘Dhaakad,’ but Kartik’s picture triumphed.
Aryan Khan and five others were cleared in a drug case and were not charged.
In the American film Laxman Lopez, Nawazuddin Siddiqui plays the lead role.
The actor responded to the ‘old’, troll on his own photo by Amitabh Bachchan posted on social media.
According to the research, if ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ maintains its current speed, it has a chance to join the list of highest-grossing comedy films.
Kartik will next be seen in the Hindi version of the Telugu film ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo,’ titled ‘Shehzada.’ ‘Shehzada,’ which also stars Kriti Sanon, Manisha Koirala, Paresh Rawal, Ali Asgar, and Ronit Roy, is set to hit theatres on November 4, 2022.
