The bomber detonated his device shortly after noon in front of Karachi University’s Confucius Institute. Soon after the explosion, security forces raced to the scene and roped off the area. A van was found in the vicinity. It is estimated that 7-8 persons were present, however only 5 bodies have been discovered thus yet.
