Noida’s Supertech Twin Towers are going to get dusty over time. Preparations are being made to completely evacuate the homes of local residents.
In height, these twin towers of Supertech in Noida are taller than Delhi’s Qutub Minar. And preparations for this demolition have started in the whole area. The twin towers will be destroyed through a controlled explosion at 2:30 pm on Sunday.
Evacuation of around 5,000 residents of Emerald Court and ATS Village Society near the tower is already complete. Residents of Parswanath Prestige Residence of Sector 93 have been kept in the complex as temporary shelter. NGOs have even rescued stray dogs in the surrounding area.

The Noida-Greater Noida Expressway will be closed from 2:15 pm to 2:45 pm for the demolition operation. A no-fly zone has also been implemented across the city to allow drone services to operate.
Sian (29 Floors) Apex (32 Floors) Towers – The latter in Supertech Limited’s Emerald Court project. The Supreme Court has ordered the demolition of these towers for non-compliance with several construction norms.
The 100-metre-tall structures will collapse in less than 15 seconds. The tower was the first of the tallest structures to be demolished.
About 3,700 kg of explosives have already been loaded into the two towers. The explosives are strategically placed so that damage to the surrounding area is minimal when the two towers collapse after detonation.
